Corrections and Feedback

We value every reader's help in making our reporting more accurate and transparent. If you find a factual error, omission, or misstatement in any article on this site, or have suggestions about our content, we welcome you to let us know.

Section 1

Scope of Corrections

We accept the following types of correction requests: Factual errors — dates, figures, names, locations, quotations, or event descriptions that do not match objective fact. Source issues — broken source links, discrepancy between source content and the article's description, or clearly inappropriate source authority. Translation or typographical errors — obvious typos, translation distortion, or formatting problems. Three-Source Verification gaps — significant contradiction among the three sources on the same fact that is not flagged in the article, or a TSO conclusion that does not match the strength of the evidence.

We do not accept: complaints based on differences of opinion, value judgements, or ideology (e.g. 'I think this angle of analysis is wrong'). We correct facts, not opinions.

Section 2

How to Submit a Correction

Please send an email to corrections@trisourceobserve.com with the following information: (1) The article title and publication date (or the URL of the original article). (2) The paragraph containing the error (you may quote the original text or attach a screenshot, but a screenshot alone is not accepted as the sole basis). (3) The information you believe to be correct, accompanied by reliable supporting sources (such as official documents, authoritative news reports, or public data). Corrections without supporting evidence cannot be processed. (4) Your contact details (optional — used only to inform you of the outcome). Anonymous corrections are accepted but may limit our ability to follow up on details.

Example — Article title: 'Internal Neuralink Disagreement over N2 Chip Timeline'. Publication date: 8 April 2025. Error paragraph: 'The board voted 5:2 against'. Correct information: According to the original Reuters report (link attached), the actual vote was 4:3. Supporting source: Reuters article link. My email: reader@example.com (optional).

Section 3

Review Process

Receipt confirmation: we will acknowledge receipt of your correction request within 24 hours.

Review: the editorial team will verify the information and supporting evidence you have provided within 48 hours.

Outcome — Error confirmed: we will immediately correct the article and add a 'Correction Note' at the top of the article, stating the original error, the corrected content, the correction date, and an acknowledgement (if you consent to attribution). Error not confirmed: we will reply explaining the basis for our judgement and the original text will remain unchanged.

Update notification: for subscribers or correction submitters who have left contact details, we will notify them of the outcome by email.

Section 4

General Feedback

If you have suggestions for improving the website's content, functionality, or design, or wish to add background information to an article, please send to feedback@trisourceobserve.com.

We read every feedback email within 5 business days, but due to limited capacity we may not be able to reply individually. All constructive suggestions are recorded and considered in subsequent improvements.

Section 5

Anonymity and Attribution

You may choose to submit corrections anonymously. We will not proactively disclose your identity.

If you would like us to publicly acknowledge your contribution (e.g. 'Thanks to reader X for spotting this error'), please indicate this in your email. By default, we do not disclose any personal information.

Section 6

Recognition

We do not currently offer financial rewards. However, for readers who provide corrections of significant factual errors (for example, errors that affect the core conclusion of an article), we will publicly acknowledge them in the correction note and send a TriSourceObserve commemorative item (a digital badge or custom merchandise, details to be agreed by email). This policy is intended to express our gratitude, not to encourage bad-faith challenges.

Section 7

Malicious or Repeated Submissions

We respect every reader, but reserve the right to decline to process correction requests that are clearly malicious, repetitive, unreasonable, or entirely lacking in supporting evidence. Repeatedly submitting unfounded corrections may result in restriction of access to this channel.
